I've done about thirty five quarts of green beans so far.
13 pints and 3 quarts of salsa. I hope I can do some more before our tomatoes peter out.
Today I did 8 quarts of veggie soup. First time using a pressure canner. No explosions so yay me!
This last pic may load or may not. It's being ornery. Anyway, I also did pickles, pickled okra (sooo good), spicy pickles, and blackberry jam.
BTDubs, we grew everything but the blackberries.
